Information on this website

The information on this website is general in nature and is provided for convenience. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but services, prices and availability can change, and a written quote or agreement from us takes precedence over anything shown here.

Storage agreement

Storing goods with us is subject to a written storage agreement signed before you move in. The summary below is for general information only. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement applies.

Prohibited goods

You must not store:

• flammable, explosive or hazardous goods, including fuel, gas bottles, paint, solvents, chemicals and fireworks
• food or other perishable goods, plants or animals
• firearms, ammunition or weapons
• anything illegal, stolen or that could cause a nuisance, smell or attract pests
• cash, securities or other items of special value, unless we have agreed in writing

Access

Access is available during the posted access hours. You must keep your unit locked with your own padlock and follow site rules. We may change access hours or restrict access for safety, maintenance or security reasons, and will give notice where we can.

Payment and default

Storage fees are payable in advance for each period. The minimum term and the notice you must give before ending your agreement are set out in your storage agreement. If fees are unpaid, we may charge a late fee, deny access to your unit and, after giving the notices required by law and your agreement, sell or dispose of the goods to recover the amount owed.

Insurance is your responsibility

We do not insure the goods you store. You are responsible for arranging insurance for their full value while in storage. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of or damage to stored goods.

Quotes and enquiries

Sending us an enquiry is a request for information or a quote. It does not create a contract. Any service we provide is subject to our written quote and the terms of trade supplied with it.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this website belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
